Augenzentrum Wien Nord is a contracted ophthalmology practice. We treat patients insured with ÖGK, BVAEB, SVS and KFA as well as private patients.
What to bring
- Your e-card
- Your current glasses or contact lenses, if applicable
- Relevant previous findings or medical letters
- An up-to-date medication list if you take regular medication
- A referral if required for the specific examination or if available
Health-insurance benefit or private service?
Coverage depends on the medical indication and the applicable contractual provisions of your insurer. If a requested service is not covered, or is only partly covered, you will be informed before the service is performed.
Do I need a referral?
Many ophthalmic examinations can be booked directly. For certain examinations or administrative requirements, a referral may be useful or required.
Private patients
Private patients are also welcome. Please contact the practice if you need information about a specific private service or fee before booking.
